400;\">EBITDA\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u6307\u6807\uff0c\u5b83\u53cd\u6620\u4f01\u4e1a\u4ece\u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u83b7\u53d6\u5229\u6da6\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u8003\u8651\u4f01\u4e1a\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u3001\u5229\u606f\u652f\u51fa\u3001\u6298\u65e7\u548c\u8d44\u4ea7\u914d\u7f6e\u7b49\u8d22\u52a1\u6216\u4f1a\u8ba1\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6d88\u9664\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\uff0cEBITDA\u4f7f\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u548c\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u80fd\u591f\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u8bc4\u4f30\u4f01\u4e1a\u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u7ecf\u8425\u6210\u679c\u548c\u76c8\u5229\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u53d7\u7a0e\u6536\u653f\u7b56\u6216\u8d44\u672c\u7ed3\u6784\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EBITDA \u662f Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization \u7684\u7f29\u5199\uff0c\u5373\u6263\u9664\u5229\u606f\u3001\u7a0e\u9879\u3001\u6298\u65e7\u53ca\u644a\u9500\u524d\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u6765\u8bf4\uff1a\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u606f\u524d\u5229\u6da6\uff1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u5229\u6da6\u6263\u9664\u91d1\u878d\u503a\u52a1\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5229\u606f\u652f\u51fa\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li \u516c\u5f0f\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u8bc4\u4f30\u4f01\u4e1a\u6838\u5fc3\u8fd0\u8425\u7ee9\u6548\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6307\u6807\u3002\u8be5\u6307\u6807\u4f7f\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u80fd\u591f\u5206\u6790\u4f01\u4e1a\u4ea7\u751f\u5b9e\u9645\u5229\u6da6\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u53d7\u5229\u606f\u652f\u51fa\u3001\u7a0e\u91d1\u6216\u6298\u65e7\u7b49\u8d22\u52a1\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u8fd0\u7528 EBITDA \u516c\u5f0f\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u6838\u5fc3\u8fd0\u8425\u5229\u6da6\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u4f5c\u4e3a\u66f4\u5ba2\u89c2\u5730\u6bd4\u8f83\u548c\u5bf9\u6bd4\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u4e0d\u540c\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e1a\u7ee9\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span
