id=\"1_The_nao_la_hop_dong_thuong_mai\"><\/span>1.\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u5546\u4e1a\u5408\u540c\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u65e0\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u4ef6\u5bf9\u5546\u4e1a\u5408\u540c\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9a\u4e49\u3002\u4f46\u5546\u4e1a\u5408\u540c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\u4e3a\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u4e3a\u4e86\u83b7\u53d6\u5229\u6da6\uff0c\u5728\u5546\u54c1\u4e70\u5356\u3001\u6295\u8d44\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u4fc3\u8fdb\u8d38\u6613\u7b49\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c31\u4e3b\u4f53\u7684\u6743\u5229\u4e49\u52a1\u5171\u540c\u8bbe\u5b9a\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u6743\u5229\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u8c03\u6574\u6216\u7ec8\u6b62\uff0c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u4e5f\u6709\u660e\u786e\u7684\u7ea6\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Khi_nao_hop_dong_thuong_mai_co_hieu_luc\"><\/span>2. \u5546\u4e1a\u5408\u540c\u4f55\u65f6\u751f\u6548\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5546\u4e1a\u5408\u540c\u53ea\u6709\u6ee1\u8db3\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6761\u4ef6\u624d\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul
